Even thought, our management office is located in the very centre of Prague and only a few minutes away from your apartment we would suggest you to book airport or train station transfer with us. We offer this service to our clients complimentary (ask for certain conditions) or for unbeatable price in the town. This service will make your stay hassle free from the beginning of your stay. If you book a transfer with us, our driver is always ready to help you with your first steps in Prague and will provide you with assistance until you open the door of your residence.

How to meet our driver?

Arriving by plane

All guests arriving by plane will be landing on the only Prague international airport – Vaclav Havel Airport. This modern airport has two terminals located very close to each other.
T1 - all NON Schengen area countries
T2 - countries in Schengen area

The company driver will be holding a sign with your surname and Prague City Apartments logo on it inside the arrival's area of the airport by EXIT D. Please be vigilant when you have left the arrival gate.

Arriving by train

The international connections arrive to Main Station - Hlavni nadrazi.

It is directly connected to the underground train station (Metro) on the line C.

Main Station:
The company driver will be waiting with a sign with your surname and Prague City Apartments logo on it by BURGER KING restaurant in the main hall right on scheduled arrival time.

Arriving by bus

Main bus station for international lines is Praha – Florenc.

It is located in the city centre and connected to the underground stations (lines B/C).

The company driver will be waiting with a sign with your surname and Prague City Apartments logo on it by Cross Cafe - right on scheduled arrival time.

If you fail to meet the driver please call +420 224 990 990 from you GSM phone or dial our toll free number 800 800 722 before you take any action.

How to reach us with no transfer?


If you suppose to catch a TAXI, be aware: ask for the approximate price first.

Price should not be over
800 CZK (1000 CZK minivan) from the airport
300 CZK (500 CZK minivan) from the train and bus station.

Metro (subway)

The nearest metro station is Narodni trida (yellow line B), just 5 minutes walk (400 metres or 0,2 miles) from our management office. See map.

Next closest station is Mustek (both yellow line B and green line A) which is 7 minutes walk (550 metres or 0,3 miles) from the management office. See map.


The nearest tram stop is Narodni divadlo. It is only 3 minutes walk (200 metres or 0,1 miles) from the management office. Tram lines serving this stops are 2, 9, 17, 18 and 22. See map.


When approaching Prague by highways from all directions find the traffic signs “CENTRUM” which means centre of the city and follow it until you reach the embankment of Vltava river. Once you arrive close to the National Theatre building, take the street Narodni between National Theatre and Café Slavia, from which as first left, you will find the Karoliny Svetle street. Our office is a couple of meters just ahead of you.

Check-in procedure

There are a few mandatory steps we need to proceed before we can hand the apartment over to you. Along with these mandatory steps you can order extra services e.g. maid service, return transfers, tours etc. upon the arrival - the entire process takes no more than 10-15 minutes.



We must write down your passport information for police registration.


Lease agreement and payment

A short Lease agreement must be signed and a rental must be fully paid.


Refundable Deposit

We will ask you to provide us with Refundable Security Deposit in accordance with the Lease agreement. This could be done either in cash or by credit card.



We will accompany you into the apartment and we will hand it over to you.
